Yes. A licence is valid for the whole of Montenegro. A local surveyor is usually quicker because they are close to the site and the cadastre office.
How soon can a surveyor come out to the site?
The time until a site visit depends on the season, and waits are longer before legalisation deadlines. A request sent through the form goes to all recommended companies for the Municipality of Budva at once.
What should I send with my request?
State the cadastral municipality (KO) and the plot number, briefly describe the job and send a photo of the building or the land. If you have a property certificate (list nepokretnosti), attach it.
