Privacy and cookie policy
We explain what data we collect when you use elaborat.me and send a request to a surveyor, why we process it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Montenegro and, for visitors from the European Union, also in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process

We do not ask for your e-mail, address, personal identification number (JMBG) or documents. Please do not include in the description any data that is not needed for the job.
Legal basis for processing
- Consent — when you submit the form and tick the consent box, we process the data from the request and pass it on to surveyors. You give consent for Google Analytics on the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interest — technical data (IP address, time) is used to protect the site against abuse and spam.
- Legal obligations — where we are required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
How we process a request
- The request is entered in the record of requests on our server.
- At the same time, we receive it as a message in a closed group in the Telegram app, which only the elaborat.me team can access.
- We pass the request on to the surveying companies recommended for your municipality and service, or to the company you have chosen. They contact you directly.
We do not publish the request on the site and we do not sell it.

When data is transferred outside Montenegro and the EU (Telegram, Google), the transfer is based on the contractual safeguards of those service providers and on your consent. We do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes.

The surveying company to which the request has been passed on keeps the data according to its own rules, as an independent controller.

- request access to the data we process about you and a copy of that data;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe that your data subject rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama) of Montenegro and, if you live in the EU, also with the supervisory authority in your country.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The record of requests is not publicly accessible, and access to the administration is password-protected. The Telegram group is closed and only authorised persons have access.
Minors
The site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy when regulations or the way the site works change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
