Editorial rules
- Official sources first. Laws from the Official Gazette (Službeni list), websites of state bodies (gov.me, ekatastar.me, geoportal.co.me).
- Check date. Every page has an update date. Deadlines, fees and the names of authorities are kept in a single register and are changed on all pages at once.
- Legal content is reviewed by a qualified professional before publication and after changes to regulations.
- No guarantees. We do not promise the outcome of procedures before the authorities.
- Separate from advertising. Recommended companies have no influence on the content of the guides.
How we collect price data
Indicative prices are ranges obtained from surveying organisations working on the platform, with a date. They are not an offer and are not binding on anyone.
List of licensed organisations
We take the official “List of licensed surveying organisations in the territory of Montenegro” (Spisak licenciranih geodetskih organizacija na teritoriji Crne Gore) and show only the names and registered offices. List as of: January 2026. Spotted a mistake? Let us know.
