How elaborat.me works
- Choose the municipality and service. The surveyor has to go on site, so location is the most important detail.
- Describe your case in two or three sentences. If you have the plot number or property certificate (list nepokretnosti), add them — the quote will be more accurate.
- Get a reply from surveyors. Recommended companies for your municipality contact you directly. You agree the work, price and timeframe with them.

Only a licensed surveying organisation may carry out survey work for the cadastre. The official list is kept by the state. On our site, the list is organised by municipality.

Frequently asked questions
Is sending a request free?
Yes. The request does not oblige you. You pay only for the work you agree with the surveyor.
Who carries out the work?
The licensed surveying organisation you choose. elaborat.me does not carry out survey work and is not a party to your contract with the surveyor.
Can I hire a company from another municipality?
Yes. A company's registered office does not limit where it can work. A local surveyor is usually faster and cheaper because of site visits.
What should I prepare?
The plot number and cadastral municipality, the property certificate if you have it, and the building documents (permit, design), if any.
Why are some companies “recommended”?
These are paid positions. We label them clearly. We show the list of all licensed organisations regardless of who pays.
