Survey report (geodetski elaborat): types and purpose
A survey report (geodetski elaborat) (elaborat geodetskih radova) is a document with the results of on-site measurements: coordinates, sketches, areas and a depiction of the change. The cadastre updates its records on the basis of it.
Here we cover survey reports only. An energy efficiency report, a fire protection report and a construction site organisation report are different documents prepared by other professions.

Who can prepare a survey report
Only a licensed surveying organisation. The cadastre does not accept a survey report prepared by someone without a licence. List of licensed organisations by municipality: see here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use an old survey report?
If nothing has changed and the cadastre has not rejected it — possibly. Usually the surveyor checks and updates the old report.
